5 Tips if you hate being the centre of attention
1. Stay and get ready together on the day.
Staying together the night before and waking up together is a wonderful way to start your wedding day – especially if one or both of you feel anxious.
You are on this adventure together from the very beginning of the day and you will be there to support each other throughout the entire experience.
You’ll also sleep better sleep better next to the person you sleep next to every night, bonus for no tired eyes.

2. Consider a first look or private vows.
Meet your lover before your ceremony and have a private, intimate first look.
If you are both private people or hate the idea of a long ceremony with lots of public speaking, take this opportunity to exchange your vows, privately and intimately.
This way the ceremony can be kept short with minimal public speaking from you both.
3. Minimise your guest list.
Micro weddings have become more popular following Covid, the pressure os off in regards to needing to have a big wedding with all the fanfare.
If a small, intimate celebration is what you both are comfortable with, that is the celebration you should plan.

4. Candid Photography.
The natural, unedited moments of your wedding day are often the most beautiful.
If you hate the idea of constant photos, ask your Photographer to focus on candid moments rather than traditional posed images.
Great Photographers know how to make you feel comfortable and melt into the background, capturing your day quietly and beautifully without making your feel your under the microscope.

5. Elope and have a party.
Weddings come with pressure and expectation.
Eloping and having a party later takes some of that pressure off. Your wedding can be just you and your partner and two special people to be the witnesses.
You can enjoy getting married without having to worry about anybody else or the extended family and friends all in one place plus you can save for a killer honeymoon.
This means the party can be just that – a really great party.
You are married already, all the legal stuff has been done and all that expectation has been lifted.
If you, your partner are worried about how your wedding day will run I have countless weddings performed that I have performed and can easily adapt to making your ceremony easy, fun and chilled.
I’d love to be part of your wedding experience whatever form it may take.
