From the moment your guests arrive to the final farewell, I’m the glue that holds the celebration together—keeping everything on time, everyone in the right place, and every glass topped up.

As your Wedding MC, I take charge of the run sheet and work closely with your vendors to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Whether it’s making sure the caterers are ready before dinner is announced, cueing the DJ for your first dance, or giving your photographer a heads-up before key moments—I’ve got it covered.

Your guests will always know where they need to be and when, and they’ll enjoy a warm, welcoming energy throughout the evening that sets the tone for a truly memorable celebration. I help guests find their seats, navigate the venue, and know exactly when to cheer, toast, or hit the dancefloor—all without you lifting a finger (except to raise your glass, of course).

To ensure everything sounds as great as it looks, I provide my own professional audio setup. I use the BOSE S1 Pro sound system and Sennheiser microphones, offering exceptional clarity and reliability. Your videographer can even plug straight into the system to capture crystal-clear sound for your wedding videos—because every word of that teary speech or cheeky toast deserves to be heard.

5. Spark Up your wedding

Our Showven Spark machines certainly add a WOW factor to any wedding. Use them for your ceremony, reception entrance, cake cutting and first dance moments plus spark up your dance floor as the music pumps.

Our machines are totally safe for indoor use and are placed on heat / flame resistant mats although there is nothing flammable or combustible in their use.

We recommend using two machines as we have consulted many professional photographers who have advised us that four or more machines play havoc getting their photos.

We can supply two machines for your entrance, cake cut and first dance.

We carefully select points in the first dance song to fire off the machines.

6. Audio Guest Book Phone

Meet ‘Audrey’ my retro audio guest book phone.

Your family and friends simply pick up the phone’s recover, leave you a wonderful voice memory and greeting.

I will then send you these recordings so you have your family and fiends voices to keep and pass down, in digital form, forever.

You can trust that I have done the research for you that trying to book all these services from seperate businesses will be such a hassle and more expensive than the one prcie I can offer you.
